Our Program
The UAB Internal Medicine Residency Training Program is currently comprised of 98 Categorical residents, 13 Primary Care residents, 4 Preliminary residents, 15 Medicine-Pediatrics residents, and 4 Chief Medical Residents.
Our program offers three tracks of training through the National Resident Matching Program, with the three-year categorical track, providing optional choices for training in the Primary Care or Women’s Health Tracks.

The new stipends have not been announced for 2009-2010.
